Amazing Pyramid Challenge

Participants are divided into teams, with each team responsible for creating a section of the larger pyramid. While each group is focused on its own piece, the real challenge comes when all the individual sections need to come together to create one complete structure.

This means teams can't simply focus on their own task. They need to think about how their work connects with everyone else's, communicate information, coordinate their efforts, and keep the bigger picture in mind throughout the challenge.

The experience creates a tangible representation of what happens when different teams, skills, and perspectives come together towards one shared goal. Every individual contribution matters, but success ultimately depends on how well everyone works together.
